TCPR Institute is dedicated to providing high-rigor, accredited executive education under the direction of Founder & President Dr. Vaughan Akpochi.
Scholars are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. All submissions, capstone audits, code repositories, and examination responses must represent the student’s original academic work. Plagiarism or unauthorized credential sharing results in immediate revocation of enrollment without tuition refund.

Once a course has been accessed or video modules downloaded, tuition fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable statutory regulations.
Upon finishing 100% of curriculum modules and achieving passing scores on all chapter assessments, the student is issued a verifiable digital certificate carrying a unique cryptographic ID. These credentials remain verifiable in perpetuity on our public verification portal.
All curriculum syllabi, video lectures streamed via Cloudinary, evaluation criteria, and reference documents are the exclusive intellectual property of TCPR Institute and its contributing faculty. Personal, non-commercial educational use is granted to enrolled students during their lifetime course access.
