TCPR Institute International – COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

At TCPR Institute International, the health and safety of our team, clients, and learners are of utmost importance.

In line with global public health guidance, we have adopted the following COVID-19 vaccine policy:

  • Onsite or In-Person Team Members: All in-service staff, consultants, and instructors who are required to work physically at any training venue, consulting site, or in-person event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless legally exempt.

  • Remote Workers: Remote and online staff are not required to be vaccinated but are encouraged to follow best health practices and adhere to local public health guidelines.

  • Client Sites: When delivering services at client locations, TCPR staff will comply with the client’s vaccine or safety policies in addition to our own.

  • Proof of Vaccination: May be requested before participation in onsite roles or travel assignments.

This policy ensures we maintain a safe, responsible, and professional environment in all our engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising from or related to your access to or use of our services, website, content, or materials. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Refund Policy

At TCPR Institute International, a division of Taghogho Cybernetics and PR, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and educational services. Due to the nature of our programs, which require significant preparation, resource allocation, and professional engagement, our refund policy is structured as follows:

Refund Eligibility and Terms

  • No Refund After Course Commencement: Once a course or training session has started, no refunds will be issued. This includes instances where training is in progress, a certificate has been issued, or the participant withdraws mid-course.

  • Refund Prior to Course Start: Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the course. Requests made within this timeframe will be subject to a 50% refund of the total course fee.

Rationale

Refunds are limited due to preparatory and professional costs incurred prior to course commencement, including but not limited to:

  • Course material development and customization

  • Trainer and facilitator remuneration

  • Administrative processing

  • Technology and platform expenses

  • Reserved participant slots and associated opportunity costs

Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@tcprinstitute.com no later than 48 hours before the course start date. Requests received after this deadline or once the course has begun will not be honored.

Exceptions and Modifications

In rare circumstances, such as course cancellation by TCPR Institute International or force majeure events, full refunds or alternative arrangements may be considered at our sole discretion.

Final Authority

TCPR Institute International reserves the right to interpret, modify, or deny refund requests in accordance with this policy to ensure fairness and operational sustainability.
